International Orders We deliver to most overseas countries. Please email for quote on shipping costs
All Orders We despatch parcels using Royal Mail and various courier services Monday to Friday. Orders placed before midday will be sent the same day, orders placed after midday will be sent the following day. Orders placed after midday on Friday will not be sent until the following Monday. We will notify you by email when your order is despatched and by what method.
A signature may be required for orders. Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery. If your parcel requires a signature and there is no-one available to sign for your parcel at your address a card will be left by the delivery company. You may need to call to arrange a new delivery date or alternatively collect the parcel from your local depot. The delivery company will attempt to deliver up to three times before the parcel is returned to us.
Please note that for deliveries to countries outside the EU you may be charged import duty and/or tax which must be paid before delivery. Before your order can be delivered your customs authority will contact you if duty is payable. For specific charges please contact your local customs authority.
In the first instance please contact us via email or telephone to let us know to expect the return for both damaged and unwanted goods. We can then advise you of the best course of action.
Items can only be exchanged or refunded, in their original condition, within 7 days from delivery. Please repack the items in the original packaging. Please note, post and packaging costs are non-refundable and at your expense.

We do try and keep this to a minimum and where possible we recycle packaging, your goods therefore are likely not to be delivered in brand new boxes, but please be assured they will be clean and fit for purpose.
